First Biopsy.
12 samples. Signs of BPH and Prostatitis. No indication of cancer.

Second Biopsy.
24 samples. Observation of low-grade PIN. No indication of cancer

First MRI scan. No indication of cancer.

Second MRI scan. No indication of cancer.

Third MRI scan. Suspicious area in lower left lobe selected as target for biopsy.

Third Biopsy.
4 samples targeted in the suspicious area in the lower left lobe. All 4 samples contained cancer cells.
6 other routine samples outside the targeted area, one of which showed cancer cells in the middle left lobe.
Gleason score 3+4=7. (5% grade 4 cells).

Radical prostatectomy by Da Vinci robotic surgery.
Histology report:
- principal tumor lower left lobe (30x23x9mm), Gleason 3+4=7 (30% grade 4)
- secondary tumor upper left lobe (10x12x4mm) Gleason 3+4=7 (10% grade 4)
- secondary tumor upper right lobe (10x6x5mm) Gleason 3+4=7 (10% grade 4)
