In May 2009, I had a yearly PSA that came back 7.0 which was double the previous year's value. Had biopsies that showed PCA, had Davinci surgery in July 2009. Took seven hours because on large omentum fat pad. No loss of continence at all and return of moderate erections in 2-3 months. Only complication was a neurpraxia in right leg which cleared rapidly in a few weeks. PSAs zero since surgery.
